Calls & mobility, simplified.
Business VoIP, Microsoft Teams Calling and mobile device management, Melbourne and Sydney.
Calling inside Microsoft Teams or a full hosted phone system, ported across cleanly and managed alongside the rest of your IT. One provider, one bill, and one number to ring when a handset stops working. We are a business nbn Accredited Adviser, so the connectivity underneath it is our problem too.
Options
Teams Calling vs hosted PBX.
The two paths side by side, so you can self-select before you even call us.
| Feature | Teams Calling | Hosted PBX |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Microsoft 365 teams | Contact-heavy sites |
| Handsets | Softphone or headset | Desk & DECT handsets |
| Works inside Teams | Included | Depends on the platform |
| Call analytics | Included | Included |
Some hosted PBX platforms, 3CX among them, integrate with Microsoft Teams. We will tell you straight whether yours can.
What is business VoIP?
A phone system that runs over your internet connection instead of a physical phone line. It means calls follow your people rather than your desks, and the system is managed as software rather than hardware in a cupboard.
Should we use Teams Calling or a hosted phone system?
Teams Calling suits businesses already living in Microsoft 365 whose people work from a laptop and a headset. A hosted phone system suits contact-heavy sites that need desk and cordless handsets, reception consoles and call queues. Some businesses run both.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes. Number porting is a standard part of every migration, including 1300 and 1800 numbers, and we plan the cutover so nothing rings out.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls fail over to mobile or to a nominated diversion. We design the failover as part of the build rather than discovering it during an outage.
Do you manage mobiles too?
Yes. Mobile device management sits alongside the phone system, so a lost phone is a wipe rather than an incident.
Inclusions
What’s included.
Everything you need to run business voice and mobiles from a single provider.
Analytics
See how your phones really perform.
Call analytics turn a phone system into something you can actually manage.
Call analytics that show queues, agents, adoption and spend in one dashboard, so you can see who is actually taking the calls and what the system is costing you.
Proof
Migrations that stick
An anonymised rollout, quantified in the numbers that matter to a voice migration.
An allied health network unified 14 sites on Teams Calling without losing a number.
“Every site is on one system now. Reception can see queues across the whole network for the first time.”
Anonymised • sector label only.
