AWD has been keeping Australian businesses running since 1997. We started as a small team that believed IT should be dependable, explained in plain English and delivered by people who stick around. Twenty-nine years on, that has not changed.
Almost every engineer is onshore and in-house, so the person who picks up knows your setup. That is a commercial decision as much as a cultural one. An engineer who has seen your environment before resolves a problem faster than one reading a script, and the difference compounds over a decade of tickets.

Why we hold it ourselves.
We ask clients to take security seriously, so it would be a strange position to take if we did not. Holding ISO/IEC 27001:2022 means an accredited certification body audits our controls, our evidence and our management system, not just our intentions. It also means that when we walk a client through certification, we are describing a process we have been through rather than one we have read about.
One thing worth checking with any supplier: the transition deadline from ISO 27001:2013 to the 2022 edition passed on 31 October 2025, so certificates citing the 2013 edition have expired or been withdrawn.
