Accountability

SLA & response times.

Clear priority levels, clear targets. You always know what happens when, and by when.

Priority Example First response Restore target

P2 – High Major function degraded 1 hr 8 hrs
P3 – Medium Single user blocked 2 hrs 1-2 days
What is a managed IT service?

One provider takes ownership of your whole IT environment for a predictable monthly fee: monitoring, patching, support, security, backup and strategy. The alternative, break-fix, means you pay per incident, and only after something has already gone wrong.

Who is it for?

Australian businesses between 20 and 300 staff, whether you have no internal IT at all or one person carrying the load of three.

What does AWD actually manage?

Endpoints and users, servers and network, Microsoft 365, backup and patching, your security baseline, vendors and procurement, licensing, and the documentation that ties it together.

How quickly do you respond?

Response targets are contractual and start at 15 minutes for a critical outage. The full table is further down this page.

Where are your engineers based?

Melbourne and Sydney. Almost every engineer onshore and in-house since 1997.
